Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG previously used extensive, interconnected Excel spreadsheets for the financial planning of the individual country companies. These were hardly manageable due to the increasing complexity of the planning requirements by the parent company.
On the basis of the flexible software Board, we have therefore developed a comprehensive system for P&L, balance sheet and investment planning. Today, the new planning system ensures a significantly higher level of detail and automation.
