Effective supply chain management is crucial to the success of a company. To achieve this, all processes must mesh perfectly and be able to adapt quickly, even in the event of unexpected events. This only works with agile planning, automated processes and up-to-date figures. Regardless of whether you call it Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning(IBP) - it's always about striking the right balance between sales and operations.

- Joint group of participants (Controlling, Sales, IT, SCM): Development of a joint target image based on a process map, definition of interfaces and handover times.
- Tool selection: Analysis of the criteria for choosing between a platform approach and a specialized solution.
